Today we have released PowerDNS Recursor 4.7.6, 4.8.5 and 4.9.1.
These releases are maintenance releases that fix a few bugs. The most important ones are:
- The setting of policy tags for packet cache hits has been fixed. Previously, packet cache hits would not contain policy tags set in the Lua gettags(-ffi) intercept functions.
- The retrieval of RPZ zones could fail in situations where a read of the chunk length from the IXFR TCP stream would produce an incomplete result.
There are also a few other bug fixes, please refer to the changelogs (4.7.6, 4.8.5 and 4.9.1) for additional details.
